This set contains files to build a FULL SCALE 74z Speeder Bike as seen in Return of the Jedi or the Mandalorian TV show (as well as a few other places). You could even build a scale model if you like. There are over 450 parts included in this set. Have you ever wanted a real-life Speeder Bike? You know that you do.
This set will help you build a full size (or scale model) 3D printed speeder bike from the files included. Some parts will need to be created from other materials such as wood, metal, or PVC for strength and stability. You may even need to source pre-built components depending on you build preferences. I will note these parts during the building process. Other printed parts will need to be printed using a large-scale 3D printer. These parts could be cut down to size to fit smaller printers, but you will sacrifice some strength when doing so. You will need to cut these parts down by yourself using the dimensions of your available printer(s). I also suggest using large 5KG spools of filament for cost and time savings as well as a large nozzle for faster print times. In this instruction manual you will find a list of all the components of the build along with detailed information about sizes and materials. I will give a more detailed breakdown of components and how they go together in their respective sections. 3D printed parts should be printed with either PETG or ABS filament.
I’ll also going to assume that you have some skills with building as I won’t break down every little thing, but I will do my best to note anything out of the ordinary. You should also have an understanding that glued parts need time to dry, and some parts may need to be glued first then sanded and painted second.
