DESCRIPTION

This custom-designed 3D-printed battery casing is built specifically for 5000mAh LiPo cells, ensuring a secure fit. The enclosure features mounting points for two high-conductivity nickel strips, providing a reliable connection for the battery’s terminals.

The red (positive) wire is securely soldered to one nickel strip, which is fastened to the casing using a precision screw, ensuring strong electrical contact and mechanical stability. Similarly, the black (negative) wire is soldered to the second nickel strip and fixed in place with another screw, offering a dependable ground connection.

Designed with both safety and ease of use in mind, this casing simplifies battery integration in DIY electronics, RC projects, or prototyping applications
