Alien / CHINLY / Flash wireless DMX receiver charger hub (chainable)

This chainable charger hub unit is suitable for easily charge your Alien/Chinly DMX receivers. If you use three, five or more devices, the charging process is difficult due to the number of chargers, receivers.

I constructed this chainable unit to make a lot easier the charging process before use. You can customize the unit to the number of your receivers.

I tried the simplest construction with standard screws, nuts and washers.

You need one „chain element” for one receiver. It contains:

Chain 1 _ 2x

Chain 2 _ 1x

Chain close 1 _ 1x

Chain close 2 _ 1x

Spacer 1 _ ~1x for every 2nd unit (7x for 11 receivers hub)

Spacer 2 _ ~1x for every 2nd unit (7x for 11 receivers hub)

Spacer 3 _ ~1x for every 2nd unit (6x for 11 receivers hub)

Head holder _ 1x

Fixer _ 1x

M6x45 hexagonal screw _ 1x

M6x40 hex screw _ ~1x for every 2nd unit (6x for 11 receivers hub)

M6x30 hex screw _ ~1x for every 2nd unit (6x for 11 receivers hub)

M6x12 hex screw _ 1x

M6 nut _ ~3x

3.5x12 pan head tapping screw _ 2x

The more units you have, the more times you need these parts.

In case of even number of units you need:

Spacer close _ 2x

In case of odd number of units:

Spacer close _ 1x

Fort the better rigidity of the structure on the closing chain you should use special screws like me on the picture.

Even nr. of units:

M6x60 hex screw _ 2x

Odd nr. of units:

M6x60 hex screw _ 1x

M6x80 hex screw _ 1x

To closing the structure you could use these:

Chain spacer _ 4-6x

If you are experiencing innaccurate connection with the receivers don’t hesitate to use M6 washers to perfect the fit.

The AC/DC adapters are not shown on the pictures. You should connect them to an AC power distributor socket. The complete assembly (charger hub with adapters and distributor) should fix on a board.
