DESCRIPTION

My own vortex generator design for my Lancer. Unfortunately, I don't like the vortex generator design for the Lancer Evo. Then I was inspired by small aircraft design. The elements are located at a distance of 50 mm and at an angle of 20 degrees to the longitudinal axis. This creates paired air pockets that generate spiral flows that allow you to eliminate the back pressure zone above the rear glass of a sedan (or station wagon). This effect allows you to reduce the aerodynamic resistance of the car and reduce fuel consumption. Figures of 4-7 percent reduction in fuel consumption appear in open sources. If you are interested in details on the physics of processes, I advise you to turn to scientific publications.Installed on double-sided adhesive tape for moldings.Print layer 0.2 mm, nozzle diameter 0.4 mm.Elastan D70 material was used.Dimensions 30*16,1*14,2 мм
