Seller explained in the comments that there had been previous issues with the files not uploading properly, but that they would send the files directly if there were any issues. I did have issues, but I contacted the seller and they responded almost immediately. We messaged back and forth a few times and then the seller sent me some new files which worked perfectly. I was able to print the file and it turned out great! I'm very happy with this model, and very much appreciate the quick and friendly responses from the seller.
