Designed to snap perfectly inside the original structural body or fascia panel aperture, this clamp ensures component assemblies lock tight without vibrating, rattling, or wearing against raw internal structural edges.

Print Recommendations:Material: Nylon (PA), POM, or high-quality PETG (Retaining tabs must flex during press-fit insertion without snapping, making robust engineering Nylon or durable PETG mandatory; standard brittle PLA will fail)Layer height: 0.12mm to 0.16mm (Low layer height mandatory to maintain accurate dimensional tolerances on the small locking hooks)Infill: 100% (Solid infill required due to the small profile and functional mechanical deflection forces acting on the clip)Supports: may vary depending on the model orientation and print bed direction.
