This part is a replacement emergency mechanical key blade holder and internal card retaining component (key part), custom-engineered for Renault Scenic smart key systems. Designed to slide perfectly inside the original key card housing aperture, this component ensures the mechanical backup key or keychain loop locks tight without vibrating, sliding loose, or wearing against raw internal plastic edges.

Print Recommendations:Material: ABS, ASA, or Nylon (PA) (High friction wear from sliding in and out of the card housing, along with mechanical tension on the keychain loop, requires durable engineering filaments)Layer height: 0.12mm to 0.10mm (Low layer height mandatory for precise tight tolerances on micro locking tabs and retention slots)Infill: 100% (Solid infill is strictly required due to the miniature scale and structural stress points of the piece)Supports: may vary depending on the model orientation and print bed direction.
