DESCRIPTION

This replacement idler side bracket plate is custom-engineered for Renault Clio models (compatible with Dayco tensioner/idler pulley systems, commonly found on F4R/RS engines). Reverse-engineered to structural perfection, this plate replaces the factory metal or composite side plate that often warps, wears out, or gets lost during timing/auxiliary belt service. It maintains strict pulley alignment to prevent belt walk or premature wear.

Print Recommendations:Material: PA-CF (Carbon Fiber Nylon) or high-density ASA is strictly required (Due to constant mechanical belt tension, torque loads, and high radiant engine block temperatures exceeding 100°C, standard PLA or PETG will deform instantly. Engineering materials are mandatory)Layer height: 0.16mm to 0.12mm optional (Crucial for ensuring exact alignment tolerances for the pulley shaft and mounting hardware)Infill: 100% (Solid infill is mandatory to maximize structural rigidity, eliminate flex under belt tension, and withstand constant high-frequency engine vibrations)Supports: may vary depending on the model orientation and print bed direction.
