This high-accuracy height adjustment clip (hoogte clip) is engineered for Renault Clio platforms, commonly utilized in headlight leveling actuator linkages or seatbelt height adjuster tracks. Reverse-engineered to replace fragile or snapped OEM plastic retainers, this model features structurally optimized retention ears. It secures the adjustment rods firmly in place, restoring smooth operation and preventing mechanical play.

Print Recommendations:Material: PETG, ABS or ASA (ABS or ASA is highly recommended to withstand high mechanical snap-in force, continuous tension, and under-hood or cabin temperature variations)Layer height: 0.16mm to 0.12mm optional (Moderate layer heights provide clean tolerances for the interlocking tabs)Infill: 50–70% (As this is a functional mechanical fastener, increase perimeter wall lines to at least 4 loops for maximum shear resistance)Supports: may vary depending on the model orientation and print bed direction.
