DESCRIPTION

This vertical headlight mounting bracket (support vertical optique) is engineered for the Renault Clio II RS platform (Phase 1 / 2, 172, and 182). Designed to replace the fragile factory plastic brackets that frequently crack under headlight vibration, engine bay heat, or nose impacts, this model features structurally reinforced screw bosses and ribbing. It mounts directly between the headlight housing and the front chassis structure, restoring rigid alignment and eliminating beam shake.Print Recommendations:Material: ABS or ASA (ABS or ASA is strictly recommended to handle ambient engine bay temperatures, hood slam impacts, and continuous road vibration)Layer height: 0.20mm to 0.12mm optionalInfill: 60–80% (Increase perimeter wall loops to at least 5 lines to secure heavy structural threads and maximize resistance to compression when torqueing down mounting bolts)Supports: may vary depending on the model orientation and print bed direction. Please consider your slicer's recommendations
