16-inch : 93,75% or x0,9375
18-inch : 106,25% or x1,0625
19-inch : 112,5% or x1,125

For converting to 1/24 scale use this scale calculation:
16-inch : 97,65% or x0,9765
17-inch : 104,16% or x1,0416
18-inch : 110,67% or x1,1067
19-inch : 117,18% or x1,1718

Note that the pins must be scaled in X and Y dimensions addition to the wheel, as the center hole will be affected.
