This product has been manufactured to remain faithful to the Vauxhall or Opel CORSA C model of climate and heater grill, which was marketed under the 2000 and 2006. Minor differences are due to the natural progression of our design.The product consists of separate parts and must be assembled after printing.This model is intended for professional-level manufacturing and requires a high degree of proficiency in the tolerance settings of your 3D printer.After printing, you may need to make minor adjustments to the tolerance values of your device and the material used; for example, sanding at the micron level or carefully trimming the tips of the clips with a craft knife.

I recommend an SLA or DLP-class printer and Tough Resin for this product. It is not a suitable model for hobby-grade FDM printers using filaments without heat resistance, as it will not print and function properly. If you insist on printing with an FDM printer, you can certainly do so, but you will definitely need to spend some time adjusting the dimensions of the resulting part.
