3D Printing Settings(A Smooth Printing Experience !)

The photos shown were created using a Bambu Lab P1S printer, with Matte PLA filament for a clean and elegant finish. The slicing was done using Bambu Studio.Each part of the Neo robot is provided as a separate STL file, giving you full freedom in your printing process :

• Print parts individually or in groups, depending on your build plate size.
• Arrange and orient them as you wish to optimize either quality or printing time.

Slicer Settings Adjustments :(Only a few tweaks were made to the default profile)

• Wall Order : Set to Outside / Inside (Quality > Advanced > Wall Order) — this improves precision for the snap-fit connectors.
• Print Speeds : All speeds above 100 mm/s were lowered to 100 mm/s. Speeds at or below 100 mm/s were left unchanged. The travel speed was set to 200 mm/s. Acceleration settings were left at default values.
• Supports Enabled : Tree-type supports were used for easier removal and better part stability.
• Variable Layer Height : Applied selectively to improve quality in specific areas (curves, fine details).
