For a durable prop that can withstand handling and sanding, please use the following settings:

Supports: YES. Tree Supports are highly recommended for the skull and overhanging blade sections.

Walls/Perimeters: 3-4 Walls. This is critical! Do not print with 2 walls; you need the extra thickness for sanding and structural strength.

Infill: 15-25% Gyroid. Use 100% infill for the thin tips of the blade and spikes.

Layer Height: 0.16mm for high detail, or 0.2mm for faster printing.

Material: PLA+ (Recommended for ease of sanding) or PETG (For extra durability).
