Hi there! I'm glad to introduce you my last project, dedicating past 6-8 months on developing this idea to assemble a F1 car.It was very challenging because its shape is very thin and twisty and some parts, like the lower frame had to match and snap into the front one so that will stay stable and big enough to join with front wig, rear wing and suspensions. Also the wheel is very detailed, smoothed rims on the inside and the wheel-nuts are made for allowing the swivel..As you can see on the pictures, most of the components are already rotated on the best position for printing.I used Elegoo PLA Matte Black Filament for the lower part, because stronger than Creality one, I use a Creality k2.For all parts is recommended 0.10mm Layer height, for the lower frame better an Infill of 16-20%, the Upper Frame can be used an Infill of 4-5%. The TPU_1.75 Filament I use for the tyres need to be set with a temperature of 230°, otherwise the normal PLA_1.75 can be printed with 210-220° nozzle temperature.I've scaled all the components of the first prototype to 190% from the STL file original size, the second one was scaled 200% after I have fixed all the joints problems, now is glue free needed for the main body!
