DESCRIPTION

This is a beautiful example of a 3D-printed articulated dragon, still positioned on the print bed.

Colors and MaterialDichroic/Co-extrusion effect: The dragon was printed using a special Silk Dual Color PLA filament, which shifts color depending on the viewing angle and lighting.

The primary colors transition between a vibrant, glossy lime green and a turquoise/royal blue. This effect stunningly highlights the relief of the scales and the piece's musculature.

Head: Features two long, backward-swept horns and well-defined details around the eyes and snout.

Body and Scales: The body is entirely covered in textured, layered scales. It is divided into multiple interconnected (articulated) segments, allowing the creature to bend and move in an organic, flexible manner.

Limbs: The front legs are extended forward, ending in detailed, sharp claws.

Wings: Unlike some articulated models that are completely flat, this model features large, spread, and raised membranous wings, conveying a sense of grandeur and dynamic movement (as if the dragon were about to take off or land).

Tail: Long and segmented, extending toward the back of the print bed and tapering gradually to the tip.
