Phantom Blade Zero Sword 3D Print Model
Full-size 3D printable sword inspired by Phantom Blade Zero, designed as a dark fantasy cosplay/display prop with an ornate sculpted handle, detailed guard, decorated pommel, long angular blade, and printable alignment dowels.
The assembled sword is approximately 131 cm long, making it suitable for cosplay, display, collection, photography, and prop building. The model is split into printable sections for easier FDM printing, assembly, sanding, and painting.
This download includes two complete split-print versions of the same sword:
Version 1 — P/X Series Printer VersionThis version is made for smaller Bambu-style printers such as P1S, P1P, X1, and X1 Carbon. It is split into 7 main sword parts with 6 printable dowels/connectors and includes an arranged 3-plate Bambu Studio 3MF profile.
Version 2 — H2S / Large Printer VersionThis version is made for larger printers and easier assembly. It is split into 5 main sword parts with 4 printable dowels/connectors and includes an arranged 1-plate Bambu Studio 3MF profile.
The package includes unsupported STL files, merged print-layout STL files, and editable Bambu Studio 3MF project files. The 3MF files are FDM print profiles, not resin pre-supported files. No OBJ, FBX, or texture files are included.
Assembly is required. Dry-fitting is recommended before gluing. After printing, the parts may need sanding, filling, priming, and painting for the best final result.
