You can scale the model according to your head measurements. It actually fits perfect, but if you make it bigger u can easily add cushioning to the inside for a snug and comfortable fit.

Everything on the model was solid, except for where the carapace overlaps the horns. It's not just surface cosmetic, and it underlays the actual plate. This leads to a ton of cleanup work merging the horn to the carapace plate so that it's strictly surface detail. For whatever reason, My printer really does not like that pocket void :/
