These little bots are characters from the free PS5 game Astro’s playroom. In the game, all of the consoles get some love from these adorable robots except for the PS5 generation of products, so we thought we’d make our own to hug the console and controller and while it's doing it, it might as well charge it :)

There is a version that fits the black rectangular end of the cable that comes with a PS5 console but because I liked it better with a white cable, there are two other versions that fit different, smaller, types of USB-C cables. There is a version that doesn’t have a hole in the chest for a charger if you just want it to cuddle your console or anything else.

The download contains pieces of the model ready to be 3D printed on a 100 mm print bed and files that are not cut into smaller pieces. All cut parts are placed on the print bed as we would print them to save you time.

SIZE At 100% scale the model is 53 mm tall. You can scale the model as you wish but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size the model will print well.

3D PRINTING SETTINGSThey can be printed on FDM and SLA printers. If you have both I recommend printing the pre-supported SLA version with the face separate.

We use these settings for most of our FDM prints: Layer height 0.15 mm Infill 15% Supports 45° We use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion because the contact surface of the legs is tiny.

You can paint its eyes for the hearts to pop.

Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
