After many iterations I perfected the snap fit system so a strong and resistant link is achieved, while also being easy to connect.Constructing shapes with these is very fun, they make nice snapping sounds.it´s great for making use of the end of rolls.The extra connector piece is used to create a link between faces that have no tabs, and the single face can be used to combine colors.I found using a 0.6 mm nozzle is better because by needing less walls the time on every edge is reduced to prevent overheating.It requires supports on some edges if cooling is not enough to prevent warping. The bottom side of the snaps doesn't require supports.A slicer that has the option to paint seams and supports is useful to paint the seams on the inner side.The single face piece has to be printed with 6 initial bottom 0.2mm layers, and the rest with just one wall at around 0.7mm in width without top. The extra connector piece has to be printed without top or bottom with a single wall.
