He's almost entirely print in place and requires no additional parts or glue. He's is extremely flexible and can be clicked together using my self designed flex-fit 2.0 link system meaning he is not only flexible but also fully posable just like an action figure!

Download including STL file optimised for 220 plate & Bambu studio painted profile.Design has been tested for 220mm plate size only however scaling up shouldn't be a problem.

3D printing settingsGyroid infill recommended.2x walls minimum.No supports.Brim is recommended for low adhesion plates and advisable due to large overhangs (0.2 brim gap)Slow print speed recommended due to large overhangs - wall speed recommended 90mms & infill 120mms. Recommend to watch the first layer to ensure decent adhesion particularly around the claw section.

Z-hop is also highly recommended, 0.4mm retraction - z-hop when retract 1.mm

Brim and slow speed for the head is essential.

Almost entirely print in place and assembly is easy, only one piece is required to build and takes seconds. Once printed simply insert the head into the jaw vertically by simply pushing together - no glue.
