DESCRIPTION

Tokens for High Frontier boardgame (or anything else you fancy) :

  • Colony

Colonies' and Factories' are 15mm diameter, about 8.5mm height (0.6d, 0.33 h).Ouposts/claims are 18mm across flats, 2mm thick.

Print several copies to replace cardboard tokens in your game (typically : 35x Colony, 30x Factory, 45x Outpost/Claim).

Recommended printer : SLA or DLP (resin).

Print-tested on DLP without supports.

Note: 2 files, one with all parts assembled in a single stl file, the other with parts in separated stl files (zipped).

Each piece/token is 1 part. There are 3 different pieces/tokens. There's 1 single stl file with the 3 pcs side by side, and another other with 3 separated stl files, one per piece. These are small parts, so IMO there's not much interest in dividing them further more (will require delicate assembly & adjustment). I've print-tested them with a resin printer ; but, that being said, I believe that if you print with an filament printer (FDM) you can switch the filament when arriving to the dome area ; though I cannot guarantee that teh surface finish and accuracy will be as good as with resin.

When it reads, “the other with parts in separated stl files” does that mean the parts of each piece are broken up or that there’s one piece in a file? I’d like to print the major parts in different colors rather than paint them (domes, etc). Thanks, John
