I designed this easy to make (3D printable) chess board. It only consists of two files, the black and white part. You can 3D print each part in one piece. The example you see was printed at a 50% scale. Each square has a size of 25x25mm (1x1"). After printing the two pieces (without support), you can stick or glue them together. Then the board is ready to use!

You can access the STL files by opening the zip files.

• hotend 185°C | bed 50°C
• 250 micron | infill 15%
• 3 top layers | 3 bottom layers | 3 outline layers
• brass nozzle 0.35mm
• extrusion width 0.44mm
• retraction 1.00mm
• extrusion multiplier 0.95
• coasting 0.30mm
• wipe distance off
• fan 75% (starting at the second layer)
• no support needed
