Set contains unit of 32mm modular monster (which you can rescale to 28mm by scaling of to 90%). Bases NOT included. Tower, flaming breath, human footmen and warlord hero INCLUDED. There are two options to set - one with flame and another with two human soldiers on top of a tower.

These set fits best for skirmish wargames and RPGs (like AoS: Warcry, Sage: Age of Magic, Mantic skirmish games, D&D and other). You can use these model as alternative heroe for strategy battle games as well.
