This design was not only created for the Cyberpunk aesthetic but is a highly engineered construction for improving PC acoustics and cooling performance (CAD-designed in Fusion 360). It is a perfect example of functional 3D printing.

Technical Highlights & Engineering:

Integrated Silent System (Spacer): The pattern is recessed by 1mm to create a critical air gap between the grille and the fan blades. This eliminates turbulence and humming common in cheap designs.

Perfect Fit: Screw holes feature a deep counterbore/countersink so that standard fan screw heads finish perfectly flush with the surface.

High-Airflow & Finish: The open circuit pattern guarantees maximum airflow. All edges are lightly chamfered to smooth the airflow and minimize noise.

Print Optimization: The file is support-free (print flat side down) and optimized for 0.16mm/0.2mm layer height.
