3D MODEL DESCRIPTIONThe main idea was to creat a proper forearm trainer, using the mechanical advantaje of apling the weight out of the center of your hand makes it way harder, so you can reach failure with just 5-10kg by doing 12 reps.I've done a few variations and this is the one I am the happiest about, but I've included the previous one also if any of you chooses that one, the main diference is in case you don't trust enoght you can use the complete pass through and add another stronger clip for the steel cable.

The steel cable should be 3mm in diametere, but its made to accept one a bit bigger. It should not be shorter that 60 cm in order to have a complete range of motion. It has the hole for four 2.8mm in diameter screw, but in my testing they are supper optional. the leght that I've use is 30mm.Link for the cable:https://shorturl.at/bgFM3I recomend also using 2 crimping loop sleves.Link: https://shorturl.at/glvxMRemeber to add only one of them before assambly and then add the other one.

3D PRINTING SETTINGSPrinted in PLA, but recomend using other if it will stay outside.Layer height: 0.2mmInfill: 25-30%Brim: optional in the handleMousears form orcaslicer optional in the cable guide.
