Bower & Wilkins does not provide lager or deeper earcussions for thiere origial PX headphones. They say that it would be detremental to the sound. I have the problem that my ears hit the driver unit of the headphone which hurts. So I designed a spacer to rise the ear cussion 4mm from the headphone housing to give my ears more room. I noticed a slight change in sound signature after installing the spacers but not as much as to discarding the spacers. The spacers require 8 magents 1mm thick and 6mm in diameter to connect to the housing and ear cussions. I printed them in PETG which is my favourite 3d printing material with 100% infill at 40mm/s.
