DESCRIPTION

Once the parts have been printed, they will need to be assembled and disassembled repeatedly. The tolerances are fairly tight, so initially the fit may be a little stiff.

Opening and closing the two parts about ten times will help loosen the fit slightly and allow the tolerances to settle, making the final assembly much easier.
