This is a digital 3D printable model of a part of the Seth Guard helmet from Stargate. We created it as our own design for the Jaffa Jaffa Guards of the Goa'uld Setesh. This model is a part of a wearable costume – a Seth Guard head, which can be attached to our helmet base. ( Same helmet base as our Abubis or Horus.)
Files contain pieces of the Setesh head ready to be 3D printed on 200x200mm printers (STL – cut into smaller pieces) and also an uncut OBJ file. You need a helmet base for the complete helmet.
If you want to make the helmet move autonomously and look at people walking by with glowing lights you can download our electronics files here. This is unfortunately not a project for beginners; Arduino, programming knowledge, and work with electronics is required.
SCALEAt 100% scale the Seth Guard cat head dimensions are:Width approx. 279 mmLength approx. 340 mmHeight approx. 362 mm
PRINTER SETTINGSWe use these settings for most of our prints:Layer height 0.15 mmInfill 15%Supports 45°For parts that are tall but have a small base, we use a 10 mm brim for better bed adhesion. Printing settings will vary greatly depending on your specific printer.
You can scale the model as you wish, but we can’t guarantee that at a much smaller size the model will print well.We create our 3D models on our average-sized body template. Read about the sizing and how to scale the models to fit your body here.
Do you like the model and don’t have a 3D printer? There are lots of people who offer 3D printing services these days. Try searching for someone who offers them in your area.
This fan-made model was brought to life by 3Demon. We are a group of modeling and 3d printing enthusiasts based in Prague, Czech Republic. We’ve been making 3D printable models for more than a decade. We make a lot of cosplay accessories but we also make all sorts of interesting 3D models.
