This turned out better than I could imagine. Some tips for people: 1) The size it is fit my 14 year old and his glasses. 2) Download the Prusa printer software even if you don't have that printer. Bring in the helmet model. Cut it at 181mm and save the bottom only. Save the project. Do this again but save the top only and save the project. Your printer software can open these projects. By printing the bottom and top separately you will save a week or more of print time and we all know more print time = more things that can go wrong. Here is the glue I use https://www.amazon.com/dp/B072Q9DBB5?psc=1&ref=ppx_yo2_dt_b_product_details 3) I printed this with a raft for the base, 1.8mm first layer, 2.2 every layer after that and a 10% fill. 4) Lastly for the visor I used the weed barrier you can buy at home depot. It gives the black look but is breathable and won't fog up.
