Measuring Instructions
For Cosplay Wearables:Head Circumference: Measure around the head just above the eyebrows and ears.
Front-to-Back: From the center of your forehead to the back of your skull.
Ear-to-Ear (Over Top): From one ear over the crown to the other.
Nasal Guard Height (if included): Measure from brow line to tip of the nose.
Scale the helmet in your slicer so its inner diameter is 10–15 mm larger than your head for padding and comfort.Use a hairdryer or heat gun (low) to slightly adjust the shape or flare edges for a better fit.

Head Width & Height: Match to the figure’s head size.
Attachment: Hollow the inside or peg-mount the helmet for a secure fit.
