Assembly
For connecting and reinforcing the sword, use one wooden dowel or metal rods measuring approximately 1420 mm (55.9 in) in length and 3 mm (0.11 in) in diameter. 3D-printed hex pegs connect the staff head. I cut the inner wooden rod where the 3D printed staff separates, splitting it into two sections (you can split it more). Use a metal rod instead of wood for cosplay performances, as wood can warp or bend under strain.
