Here is my 1:1 scale Captain Rex Onderon armor and gear kit. This is intended for cosplay/props but some resizing may be required depending on your body type/head size.Also included are my animated DC17 blasters and holsters (both whole and split options) as well as my droid popper/thermal detonator (again whole and split options) for a complete loadout.

The kit consists of:

Helmet: comes split into multiple parts and also includes an assembled helmet for those with large printers. The goggle part is separate and has loops for straps to be attached while the also separate rangefinder can be insterted into the helmet ear piece (you can glue it or you use strong magnets for attachment, I left surfaces smooth so you can choose your own method of attachment).

Chest armor: chest plate comes as both whole and split options and also included is a strap loop buckle piece (4 of this part need to be printed).

Jetpack: comes in split parts and an asembled option. The thrusters are separate parts that can be plugged in and glued or you could use strong magnets to attach them (I leave it to you to decide your preferred method) while the droid poppers come pre-attached to a plate that can glued on the bottom of the jetpack. Alternatively, you can glue the empty plate on if you prefer no attached detonators. As mentioned above I have also include separate detonators in both whole and split options. The jetpack is to be glued to the included separate back plate. there are grooves in both to allow room for straps to be fed through then attached to the chest plate.

Belt parts: This kit includes a faux belt buckle cover along with belt pouches. The pouches come in 3 versions: smooth back (to be glued to belt), hook back (to hook on to your belt) or loop hole back (to feed your belt through). There is also the previously mentioned holsters that have loop holes for straps to be attached so the holsters can be hung from your belt.
