it's a arasaka ninja helmet, from cyberpunk 2077.

varinats of cuts:

Helmet as one peace.face and back of the helmet separatedface and back of the helmet separated and cutted in halfvisor also cutted in half

also lots of small separated parts, like mouth peace, cheeks, rear part, hinges, visor holes covers, vent nets.

nose (vent) in game is sealed, i decide to make it open for breathing, print vent_net.stl or print vent_cover.stl if you want it closed like in the game
