The unalome is a symbol that belongs to the Buddhist tradition.Graphically it is the set of four subjects: a spiral, a zigzag line, a straight line and a dot.It represents the existential path of the individual and each subject takes on very specific meanings.

Spiral: The spiral is the beginning of the path. It represents the state of fear, anger and confusion of man.As it leaves room for awareness, the individual comes out of the spiral.Zig-zag line: The second part of the symbol, i.e. the broken zig-zag line symbolizes vicious circlesof life and man's continuous search to fully understand events and what surrounds him.Straight line: The straight line part represents the absolute understanding that, with a little courage,makes the individual able to dive headlong into life (dot after space).Dot: the dot after the space represents the point of arrival and awareness.According to the Buddhist tradition, awareness of being is the certainty that everything is mystery and that not all events can be controlled.Man must live and let himself go: life will lead him through certain situations that will open his mind.
