El símbolo del cuarto chakra, Anahata, es una estrella de seis puntas formada por dos triángulos, uno apuntando hacia arriba y el otro hacia abajo, que representa el punto de equilibrio, en el cuerpo, entre el flujo de la energía hacia el cielo y hacia la tierra.

El chakra del corazón, Anahata, rige las sensaciones sutiles y la capacidad de tocar, el tacto, además sus funciones también determinan el sentido de los límites.
