Italian Art - DRAGON IN CHAIN 3D print model
The idea, the design and the model was entirely made by Ivan Crivicich (myself, I'm 16) and is 100% Italian art. This sculpture is about a dragon held in chains by four men; they represent society (school, crime, law and ethics) and the dragon, of course, represents fantasy: the mental freedom that is being outclassed by the society. It is a scream of absolute freedom desired by every oppressed soul, especially by the soul of an artist like us. There is also a quotation of one of the greatest Italian poet and songwriter of the lasts centuries: Fabrizio De André. The frontline phrase is: Signora libertà, signorina fantasia (lady liberty, miss fantasy; from the song Se ti tagliassero a pezzetti), which strengthens the main concept of the work.
This is a ready-to-print template and I've already tested its printability on Shapeways and also on my 3D printer.
The original dimensions are: 117 x 134 x 86 (mm), but you can feel free to change them as you wish.
You are allowed to have this model in 8 different formats (look at the second image).
This is a Hi-Poly model fully modeled in Blender 3D, but thanks to the 8 different formats that you can download, you will be able to import it into any software you want.
