Casey Jones is a self-proclaimed defender of justice, created as a reincarnation of the popular auto-defense characters in comics of the time. Casey typically has long black hair, wears an ice hockey mask and a stiffly stretched walking bike, and carries weapons in a golf bag slung over his shoulder.

His weapons include various sports equipment, such as handball pens, ice hockey pens, golf pens, cricket pens, and tennis rackets.
