- 3D MODEL PRINT E:1/8
The crew sails aboard the Going Merry until they reach Reverse Mountain, a unique formation where multiple currents converge in an X-shaped crossing. Using this upward current, the ship begins to climb upstream as the only route into the Grand Line. During the ascent, the rudder breaks and they lose control, at which point Monkey D. Luffy prepares to stretch his arms to manually steer the ship.
Large version 1/8
Height = 660 mm
Width = 460 mm
Depth = 457 mm
Small version 1/8
Height = 217 mm
Width = 256 mm
Depth = 176 mm
The model scale is 1/8.
It is possible to reduce it to 1/10 by scaling the parts by a factor of 0.8. It is not recommended to use smaller scales, since some elements such as the strap of Luffy’s hat, the brim of the hat and the thickness of the fingers may be difficult to print.
Both the Luffy figure and the skull are designed to be printed in resin. The rest of the parts are designed for FDM or resin printing if the build volume of the machine allows it.
Both the cut parts and the full models are included, so that custom cuts can be made and the model can be adapted to the printer if desired.
On the Going Merry horns, I have made the connectors of the left horn with a triangular shape and those of the right horn with a square shape, to avoid confusion during assembly.
Keep in mind when gluing the parts that there is a specific order so as not to get stuck and be unable to fit some pieces. Test before gluing!
