Here is a Star Wars Greeblie seen on many Millennium Falcon models, I'm calling it the Modular Fuse Block Terminal.

Millennium Falcon Modular Fuse Block Terminal 3D Print STL File:

This listing includes digital files only; no physical items will be shipped.Ensure you have access to a 3D printer or 3D printing service.Due to the digital nature of the product, refunds or exchanges are not available.

Dimensions (see pics): Fully Assembled - approx. 322mm tall x 240mm wide x 76mm thick.Full size and cut up version of Back piece provided.Printable on smaller printers. But you can scale it to your printer bed size!

Items Needed (some are affiliate links):

QTY 1 - Bob Smith Superglue or equivalent:

Assembly:

  • Print out all parts.
  • Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.
  • Either use the Split Tray or the Solid piece.
  • If using the Split tray use the pins to connect InsertTrayTop and InsertTrayBottom together.
  • I will explain using all 3dprinted parts, I do recommend using Real steel hardware to make it look better and to actually fasten instead of gluing. But both will work fine.
  • Place the TrayConnection in all of the smaller slots you wish.
  • Add the FuseConnectors where you want to place the Fuse assembly.
  • Add the M3 Bolts to hold the FuseConnector to the TrayConnector.
  • Glue in place when ready
  • Assemble the Fuse by placing the CapTop on top of the CapBottom making sure that the holes are aligned for the M4 bolts.
  • Insert the M4 Bolt from the Bottom larger holes, through the CapTop and CapBottom.
  • With the Bolt head facing down and the washer and nut on the Top side.
  • Place the HexLongBolt through the Fuse assembly through the highest point and on through until it comes out the bottom.
  • Place the entire Fuse Assembly onto the Fuse Connector.
  • Glue when ready.
  • Fasten the entire Terminal to the wall using a 5mm bolt or screw.

Note: The piece I call RED was included just for looks, not sure if its used?

PROTIP's:

  1. Paint and let dry before handling.
  2. Do a Dry Run / Test Fit before doing anything.
  3. Do not over tighten the screws

Enjoy!
