I've 3d printed this helmet for a cosplay, and while I like it overall, I do wish that it came in separate pieces. The jaw definitely should be a separate piece, since due to the way the helmet wraps around the head, this helmet can't go onto the head without the jaw removed. (I suspect the suit actors for Kamen Rider strapped the jaw on first and put on the rest of the helmet afterward.) The bug eyes and antennae should also be separate pieces, since they probably should be different plastics than the rest of the helmet. One may want to use a transparent plastic for the eyes, or a more flexible plastic for the antennae (since they might break off otherwise). The swoopy black bits under the eyes should also be separate pieces as well, if not outright holes, since those are the parts of the helmet that the suit actor would see through. (If you look carefully, especially in early Kamen Rider episodes, you may see the suit actor's eyes through those swoopy bits.)
(Indeed, when I was processing the helmet with Meshmixer, I ended up splitting the helmet pretty much as I described, except that my separating out of the jaw was a bit crude due to me eyeballing a plane cut. Separating out the eyes was a not-so-simple matter of generating face groups, deleting the face groups for the eyes and swoopy bits under the eyes, and fighting with Meshmixer's Bridge tool to get the helmet to be manifold again.)
