This was modelled around Bo Katan’s Helmet from the Mandalorian, it is not a perfect model but It’s close. The Helmet may need to be scaled before printing as it may not fit at its current scale, I included an image which Shows some basic measurements for guidance. The Renders were made using Keyshot. There is roughly a 4mm thickness in the helmet, there is a sliced version of the helmet included in the files along with a whole version to help make printing it easier. File Formats: Stl, ObjScaling the helmet by to 120% will give a max inside width of about 200mm.
