This 3D print file of the Sith Trooper Helmet is a fantastic find. The quality is top-notch, and I had absolutely no issues with the printing process.
One of the best features is that the file comes in sections, so you can print it piece by piece or if you like, you can go ahead and do it in one go for a massive, seamless helmet.
The design is also impressively accurate, capturing the details you’d expect. It definitely meets the mark.
I used this to get approved into the 501st Legion last summer, and still rocking it.
Model appears to be as aqqurate as one would want and the creator has split it up into several different versions making it easy to adjust after your printing needs.

This is a great model, works on cr 10s pro. Don't be an idiot like me, if you are using cura turn off skirt in advanced settings. This was a noob mistake on my part and if you cannot slice this model for a printer that is 300*300*400mm or larger it is not to be blamed on the design of this model.

Amazing files! they look spot on and are easy to print. Printed the v6 without the grid or the face plates and am now printing the v7. Seller is very responsive as well. When I ask him for something it usually isn't a problem and he responds super fast.

can't get this to fit at all, i'm using Cura 4.8 and the helmet no matter how i orient it doesn't fit the print bed. I'm using a CR10 300*300*400
I am using a creakily CR-10S how did you get the supports to not print in the middle? And how long does it take you to print? And how many rolls of PLA?

I am sure I am doing something wrong at this point, I can print it without using about 1kg of supports, I have changed it so that it does not print these supports but it does not seem as though it will print very well, maybe there is a previous version with a rounder top?
I can't seem to fit this into cura, I have a cr10s pro with 300*300*400mm print volume, what can I do to make it fit? Nice design by the way.
I am preparing to print this one as soon as I believe I have the sizing figured correctly. But it looks freaking amazing! I'm curious if anyone knows, if the default size will fit a 24" head? I typically have to have everything larger for my big ol noggin. Printing a test "ring" right now to check it. Can't wait to finish this bad boy!
wish you had more time to do the whole suit..i see that you added some forearm armor..
there is a few other sites that have the full armor..but id rather buy from someone i know who's work is outstanding(yours)...
