by Herminio Nieves 2013 this scifi ultra modern house,it is a result of a real dream 10 yrs ago,this model is a scfi fantasy house that includes all trees,grass, pool and all landscaping seen on the renders(no interior furniture,no moving parts),very usefull for fantasy scenes with your favorite characters and anything that you can imagine.In daz 3 or 4.6 the model could be very well apreciated.if you use bryce some modifications may be needed.
