The Type 45 destroyer is a capital ship that possesses an air defense combat system, formidable electronic warfare protection capabilities, and versatility comparable to the U.S. Arleigh Burke-class destroyer, and it serves as an air defense escort for the British fleet and carrier strike groups.

This warship has performed significantly well in actual combat.
