Beautifully textured and detailed model that imported into Blender 3.3.1 with no problems using the provided OBJ import file. Three minor issues: (1) This model is over 632,652 triangles in size, which was much larger then I was expecting, since this information was NOT provided on CGTrader for this item and should be, (2) the texture images are irregular in size and not in powers of two format (ie; 512x512, 512x1024, etc) so had to re-scale them and (3) the model mesh is not real world scaled so I had to re-scale it. I am a model railroading hobbyist who creates freeware 3rd party mod content for the Trainz Railroad Simulator (TRS22). I use purchased 3D models on my own created freeware routes and share it with other TRS22 route creators, but only under the license provisions. This model was easily adapted for TRS22. I exported this model into Trainz Railroad Simulator 2022 (TRS22) and it looked exactly as it should and was trouble free. With the exception of the issues I mentioned above, I am very pleased with the overall quality and appearance of this model and recommend it to others, especially those who need content for computer games and simulations!
