man i am sorry if you don't like the model but firstly the holes in geometry is part of the design of the model, you can see that clearly in the close up preview images and second all the geometry parts got axis and the front wheels too , you rotate them in local mode and you got suspension and other car controls from the bone rigging, so from the animation part is totally usable. Keep in mind that is blender native model. i also check that fbx got axis too. If you have any trouble please let me know thanks for your feedback
