Description

M1931 - experienced easy wheel-tracked tank USA 1930. It was developed by George. Christie as an improved version of his tank M1928, designed for the US Army. 7 This type of tanks was produced in 1931, experiencing the infantry under the designation T3 Medium Tank [CH 3] (Eng. Medium Tank T3). Four of the tanks produced in 1932 were transferred to the cavalry, which is a modified version differs weapons, used them under the designation fighting vehicle T1 [CH 4] (Eng. Combat Car T1). The tank has not been adopted by any infantry or cavalry, but was actively used in various experiments last until 1936, when T1 and T3 due to the aging and the appearance of new, more advanced tanks were sent for scrapping.
