The animation is made completely with geometry nodes. The blood vessel object follows a curve. You can go into edit mode and move the curve handles to customize the shape of the blood vessels.

Customizable:

As well as customizing the curves shape in edit mode, the Geometry Nodes also comes with many custom settings, like the objects materials, cell object, animation speed, cells size, distance from center, randomize movement settings, blood vessel resolution, and more!

Materials:

The Blood Vessel and Blood Cell materials are created completely procedurally with Blender's shader nodes.
