These height maps have been generated using intricate 3D models of fabric created by me.Using only a height map/displacement you can achieve beautiful perfectly tileable fabrics in whatever renderer you choose.I've also supplied a demo scene for C4D and Octane that was used to create the thumbnail for CGTrader.
